白菜叶片挥发成分多样性及对黑斑病菌孢子萌发的影响

Influence of Leaf Volatile Compounds Diversity of Chinese cabbage to Alternaria brassicae Spore Germination

摘要 本文选取对白菜黑斑病具有不同抗性的白菜品种甜脆绿、瓢儿白、83-1和优早四号,采用GC-MS联用技术对白菜叶面漂洗物的挥发性化学成分进行分析,并用孢子悬滴培养法测定白菜叶面漂洗物对白菜黑斑病菌孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:当叶面漂洗物浓度>10μL时,四种白菜叶面漂洗物对病原菌抑制活性的顺序为:瓢儿白>甜脆绿>优早四号>83-1,且各品种漂洗物对黑斑病菌孢子萌发的抑制率存在显著差异。甜脆绿漂洗物中含量最高的挥发性化学成分为2,2,4,6,6-五甲基庚烷(17.15%),瓢儿白、83-1和优早四号漂洗物中含量最高的挥发性化学成分为反-3-己烯醇(15.76%、10.87%、7.21%)。根据本实验结果发现,2,2,4,6,6-五甲基庚烷、反-3-己烯醇及仅在感病品种83-1漂洗物中检测到的2,4,6,8-四甲基十一烯和2,4,6-Tritert-butyl-4-methyl-2,5-cyclo-hexa-dien-1-one可能与黑斑病菌孢子萌发有关。 Four Chinese cabbage varieties of different resistances to black spot were studied.Chemical compositions of leaf surface rinses from four Chinese cabbage varieties were identified roughly by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC/MS).Antifungal activities of the leaf surface rinses against Alternaria brassicae spores germination were investigated with the spore suspension method.The results showed that spores germination inhibition of the four leaf surface rinses against Alternaria brassicae could be arranged as Piao er baiTian cui lvYou zao si hao83-1,when the concentration above 10 μL.And there were significant difference among the four Chinese cabbage rinses.2,2,4,6,6-Pentamethylheptane was the largest content compound(up to 17.15% of total chemical composition) in the Tian cui lv rinse.(E)-3-Hexen-1-ol was the largest content compound in the Piao er bai rinse,You zao si hao rinse,and 83-1 rinse and the contents were up to 15.76%,10.87%,7.21% of total chemical composition,respectively.The compounds 2,4,6,8-Tetramethyl-1-und-ecen and 2,4,6-Tritert-butyl-4-methyl-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-one were only detected in 83-1 rinse which was a most susceptible variety among the four Chinese cabbages.Based on the results,the four compounds,2,2,4,6,6-Pentamethylheptane,(E)-3-Hexen-1-ol,2,4,6,8-Tetramethyl-1-und-ecen and 2,4,6-Tritert-butyl-4-methyl-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-one,could be key compounds which showed some affection for Alternaria brassicae spore germination on Chinese cabbage leaves.
