摘要
对3个不同种源红锥2年生苗的叶片进行营养元素含量测定,结果表明:常量元素中含量最高的是N,其次是Ca,最低的是Mg和P;微量元素中含量最高的是Fe,其次是Mn,最低的是Cu;大部分元素间存在显著或极显著的正相关关系,且有相互协同作用;P、Ca、Mn、Cu、Fe、N、Mg和B等8种元素在红锥不同种源综合评价中占据极其重要的地位。主成分分析得知,叶片营养元素吸收最好的是浦北种源,其次是博白种源,东兰种源最差。
Leaf nutrient elements of the 2yr old saplings of three Castanopsis hystrix provenances were analyzed. The results showed that the N content was the highest among the constant elements, which was followed by Ca, Mg and P. While the Fe content was the highest among the trace elements, followed by Mn and Cu. Most ele- ments were synergically and positively correlated one another at significant or extreme significant level. The ele- ments P, Ca, Mn, Cu, Ca, Fe, N, Mg and B had significant impacts on the comprehensive evaluation of different C. hystrix provenances. The principal component analysis showed that the plant leaves of Pubei provenance had the best absorption of nutrient elements, followed by Bobai provenance, and the Donglan provenance had the worst absorption of nutrient elements among the three.
