减少热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮的措施

摘要 武钢某热轧厂2010年由于表面氧化铁皮导致的改判率一直居高不下,上半年平均氧化铁皮改判率为0.34%。对氧化铁皮缺陷的形成原因进行分析,采取多项有效措施减少表面缺陷,包括生产工艺优化、除鳞集管改造、高速钢轧辊及轧制润滑技术的应用等。通过攻关,2011年平均氧化铁皮改判率下降至0.04%。 The rejection ratio of a specific hot strip mill remains high due to occurrence ot scale on the surface of the strip seriously. The averaged rejected ratio of the hot strip mill in the first half of the year takes up 0. 34 % of the total output. The origin of oc- currence of the scale is analyzed and various counter measures including optimization of processes, revamp of the descaling system and application of the high speed roll as well as implementation of the lubrication rolling technology has been adopted to reduce the surface defects of the strip. By way of tackling the key problems with team effects the averaged rejected ratio of the strip has reduced to 0.04%.
