摘要
压型彩钢板屋面在建筑领域得到了广泛的推广和应用,但压型彩钢板附件制作不尽合理,屋面板漏水现象常见。通过分析彩钢板围护结构各主要施工部位的漏水原因,提出防水节点相对合理的制作和安装工艺,指明关键部位的防水措施。针对标准图集01J925-1《压型钢板、夹芯板屋面及墙体建筑构造》中的细部节点做法做出相应改进,并在工程应用中达到良好的防水效果。
Colored profiled plate haved been widely applied to the construction. But the making of colored profiled plate attachment is not reasonable in competely, roof water leakage phenomenon is very common. The thesis has analysised the water leakage reason of colored plate maintenance structure of the major construction site, put forward the water roof node relatively reasonable production and installation process, indicated the key parts of the waterproof measures. According to the standard atlas of 01J 925-1 colored profiled metal sheet, polystyrene board panel roofing and wall building construction in the joint detail made corresponding improvement, and rainproof effect is good in some engineering applications.
