摘要
介绍测量系统能力分析的分辨力、线性和偏倚、R&R(重复性和再现性)各测量指标,并对实验室红外水分仪的测量能力进行破坏性试验的测量系统分析评价。以制丝烟草加工过程中的叶丝水分为例,应用测量系统分析实验室红外水分仪测量能力分析评价,使用破坏性试验的测量系统分析方法,分析说明MINITAB软件生成的结果,找出测量过程中的波动源和影响程度,为后续实验室红外水分仪的使用提供帮助。
From the perspective of mathematical statistics, the article introduces resolution, linearization and bias, R&R (Repeatability and reproducibility) of the basic concepts in the measurement system capability analysis, and evaluates infrared moisture measurement capability via destructive testing system analysis. Taking the moisture in tobacco leaves during primary processing for example, the article introduces the application process during measurement system analysis of the laboratory infrared moisture measurement capability analysis, using destructive testing analysis methods, where the analysis shows that the results generated by the software MINITAB and identifies the source of the impact of fluctuations and influences in the measurement process, which helps the follow-up use of laboratory infrared moisture meter.
