摘要
用超声波测距会产生由传播速度和传播时间所引起的误差,因此用传统的超声波传感器测距的方法比较距离大小,在做了各种比较复杂的修正之后存存在一定误差,精度一般在厘米级别;而对距离的比较转变为先后到达顺序的比较后,可完全避免传播速度和传播时间所产生的误差,然后据此设计出一个简单、巧妙的电路,来实现到达顺序的比较,可使理论误差控制在1微米之内.
Error exists because of propagation velocity and propagation time in using ultrasonic ranging. The the method of traditional ultrasonic sensor ranging is tested and compared with the error in one or more centimeters even after all sorts of complicated amendment. A simple and ingenious circuit is designed to avoid the error caused by propagation velocity and propagation time, which can improve the measurement accuracy by sequence comparison, regulating the theoretical error less than 1 micron.
