摘要
"全程式"实践人才培养模式的核心理念是"理实融合、实践育人",顶岗实习是全程实践教学的重要组成部分."全程式"实践模式下的顶岗实习为三层管理组织机构、三维管理制度、三同管理措施和三类管理形式的"四三"管理体系,并由基础数据构建模块、信息发布与响应模块、实习汇报与提问模块、过程指导与考核模块、校企共管与互评模块、资料汇总与输出模块、毕业设计与优秀成果库构架模块和信息统计与分类查询模块等支撑信息化管理平台.
The core concept of ＂whole process＂ practice-based talent cultivation model is based on the ideas of ＂integration of theory and practice＂ and ＂education by practice＂. Internships play an important part in ＂whole process＂ practice model, focusing on 3-layer management framework, 3-dimensional administrative system and 3-around supervising formal, con- structed on basic data module, information responding module, practice process supervision, course evaluation module, school-enterprise assessment and much perspective, data analysis module, excellent achievement module and dynamic in- formation management platform as well.
