摘要
为了研究包裹铝箔对管道绝热层绝热性能的影响,设计并搭建了管道绝热层绝热性能测试平台,测试了相同热面温度情况下,包裹铝箔纤维布前后冷面温度的变化,并进行了计算分析。实验发现:在绝热层表面包裹铝箔面朝里的铝箔纤维布后,冷面温度随环境温度升高了2℃,但散热量基本不变;在绝热层表面包裹铝箔亮面朝外的铝箔纤维布后,冷面温度升高了近20℃,散热量减少了约9%。据此,提出了铝箔金属绝热材料的使用方法及建议。
In order to study the influence of surface emissivity on the pipe insulation performance.A pipe insluation performance test rig has been designed.Experiments has been done to test the cold surface temperature variation before and after the aluminum foil fabric wrapped at the same hot surface temperature,and the results were calculated and analyzed.It is showed that,after the aluminum foil fabric wrapping with the fabric surface outside,the cold surface temperature rises 2 °C following the ambient temperature.But the heat loss remains unchanged.After the aluminum foil fabric wrapping with the foil surface outside,the cold surface temperature rises nearly 20 °C and heat loss reduces about 9%.Based on the experiment results,some advices are recommended for the using of aluminium foil insulation.
