摘要
高职教育的性质决定了高职学生的特殊性。正确认识高职思想政治教育对象,科学探索大学生成长成才规律,是当前加强和改进高职思想政治教育的基本诉求。高职思想政治教育应认清高职大学生成长规律的内在逻辑,遵循大学生成长阶段适应探索、求知聚能和相对完善等规律及其图谱定位,采取相应的教育改进策略。
The nature of higher vocational education determines the particularity of higher vocational students. A correct understanding of higher vocational ideological and political education object and scientific exploration of students＇ growth laws are he basic appeal of strengthening and improving the higher vocational college students＇ ideological and political education. In vocational ideological and political education, we should recognize the inherent logic of the growth laws of higher vocational college students, follow the laws and map position of students＇ growth stage adaptation exploration,knowledge seeking and should take appropriate education improvement strategy.
