摘要
天然气是最清洁的化石能源,在我国能源结构中发挥着举足轻重的作用。天然气定价机制不合理、天然气价格偏低是我国天然气健康发展面临的主要问题之一。在我国天然气定价机制改革中,应充分发挥市场配置资源的基础性作用,兼顾上中下游各方利益,建立能够真正反映市场供求状况、资源稀缺程度以及与可替代能源价格挂钩的定价机制。
Natural gas is the most clean fossil energy,plays a decisive role in the energy structure in China.Unreasonable natural gas pricing mechanism and low natural gas prices are the major problems affecting the healthy development of natural gas.In China＇s natural gas pricing mechanism reform,we should give full play to the basic role of the market in resource allocation,give consideration to the interests of all parties,and establish the pricing mechanism which can truly reflect the supply and demand in the market,and the degree of scarce resources and alternative energy prices.
