摘要
为了研究大采高综放开采顶煤放出率的规律,在某矿8105工作面设立了测站,采用研制的顶煤运移跟踪仪器对顶煤不同层位进行了深基点实测。观测结果表明:上分层顶煤的放出率低于下分层,低于中分层;顶煤冒落顺序与支架放煤顺序基本一致,一般为下、中、上部,但中部煤层存在反转进入煤流系统的现象;顶煤的平均放出率仅为58.3%,低于行业标准。因此,需要采取技术手段进行顶煤弱化及改进放煤工艺来提高顶煤放出率,同时保证较少的混矸率。
In order to research the discipline of fully mechanized caving mining with large mining height's extraction ratio, Establishing stations in mining mineral 8105 of Tashan and using the top coal moving tracker devices on the deep basis points of different horizon. The observation results show that layered on top of the extraction rate is less than the middle and the bottom layer;it is nearly the same order between top coal caving and drawing sequence,is the low, the middle and the top at last, but the middle layer coal reverses into the coal flow system abnormally;as only 58.3% the average extraction ratio of top coal is below the industry standard, therefore, it necessary to weaken the top coal and improve the caving technology to improve the extraction rate, meanwhile make the gangue-mixed rate is more lower than before.
