摘要
目的研究胃癌组织中HIF-1α和DEC1的表达情况及其意义。方法应用组织芯片方法检测162例胃癌组织和32例癌旁组织中HIF-1α和DEC1蛋白的表达。结果 HIF-1α在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中表达的阳性率分别为37.04%(60/162)和9.38%(3/32),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIF-1α的表达与肿瘤分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。DEC1在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中表达的阳性率分别为11.11%和3.13%,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HIF-1α在胃癌组织中高表达,与胃癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关;而DEC1在胃癌组织中低表达,其临床价值尚有待于进一步研究。
【Objective】 To investigate the expressions of HIF-1α and DEC1 in gastric carcinoma.【Methods】 The TMA technology was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and DEC1 in 162 gastric carcinoma(GC) and 32 para-carcinoma.【Results】 The positive expression rates of HIF-1α in gastric carcinoma and in paired para-carcinoma were 37.04%(60/162),9.38%(3/32) respectively(P 0.05).The expression of HIF-1α was significantly associated with TNM stage,the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P 0.05).The positive expression rates of DEC1 in gastric carcinoma and in paired para-carcinoma were 11.11%(18/162),3.13%(1/32) respectively(P 0.05).【Conclusions】 HIF-1α was over-expressed in gastric carcinoma,and was correlated with the oncogenesis,development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.The expression of DEC1 in gastric carcinoma was lower,and its clinical vanue needs to be studied further.
