摘要
在CAE技术进和正交试验的基础上,研究了车用侧墙板冲压成形过程中压边力、摩擦条件、拉深筋三种主要的工艺参数对零件成形质量的影响。采用综合加权评分法分析了最大减薄率和变形不充分性数据,在此基础上进行了工艺参数的多目标优化,研究结果表明工艺参数中摩察系数对侧墙板零件减薄率和变形不充分性的综合影响最为显著,由正交试验得到的优化方案在减小最大减薄率同时兼顾零件变形不充分区域比例较小。
On the basis of CAE and the orthogonal expenment the effects of stamping process parameters(blank holder force,coefficient of friction and height of draw bead) on the formability of an automotive sidewall plat were investigated.The max thickness reduction and deformation insufficiency of the sidewall plate were analyzed by weighted scoring method.And then the process parameters were optimized for the max thickness reduction and deformation insufficiency.The results showed that the friction coefficient has the obvious comprehensive infulence on the panel thickness reduction and the formability insufficiency of the sidewall plat.The optimization results of the process parameters obtained by the orthogonal experiment can effectively meet the requirements of the expenment.
