摘要
本文明确了医院采购绩效评价的定义,指出其仍然处于发展的起步阶段。分析了医疗器械采购绩效评价的意义,即持续改进、规范管理、明确奖惩、培养人才、提高效率。讨论了绩效评价的主要环节和指标,指出要建立完善的评价体系,促进采购工作长远发展。
This paper makes clear the definition of performance evaluation, and points out that it still stays in early stages of development. The significance of performance evaluation of medical equipment purchasing is analyzed, including the continuous improvement, standard management, clear rewards and punishment, talents training, efficiency improvement. In order to establish perfect performance evaluation system, which will promote long-term development of hospital purchasing, main links and index of performance evaluation are discussed.
