摘要 采用PDC+螺杆钻井工艺钻遇非均质地层时,由于黏滑作用及较高的钻头转速,PDC复合片易损坏,制约了塔河油田的钻井提速。因此,塔河油田引进了扭力冲击发生器,配合PDC钻头来提高机械钻速。文中介绍了扭力冲击发生器的结构、工作原理、技术参数、技术要点及优点,以及该工具在塔河油田TP234X和TH12153两口井的应用情况。现场试验结果表明,使用扭力冲击发生器可确保PDC钻头工作平稳,提速效果明显,大幅提高了钻井效率,同时保证了井身质量。 Due to the limited speed control range of screw drill,if the stick-slip effect and higher speed of the drill bit rotation are in drilling the heterogeneous reservoir,the use of PDC bit and screw drilling technology can injure PDC composite film easily,which brings challenges to drilling speedup of Tahe Oilfield.For this purpose,the torkbuster with PDC bit is introduced to increase the rate of penetration in Tahe Oilfield.This paper introduces the structure,principle of work,technology parameter,key technology and technical advantages of torkbuster,and its application in drilling of Well TP234X and Well TH12153 in Tahe Oilfield.Field test results show that the speedup effect of the tool is obvious.The drilling efficiency is improved substantially.The wellbore quality is ensured.
