摘要
采用均匀设计法 ,选取履带车辆负重轮橡胶轮缘的 2 4组不同几何参数 ,建立橡胶轮缘的三维有限元分析模型 ,用 ANSYS有限元分析软件计算橡胶轮缘的位移、应力和应变分布情况 ,最后对橡胶轮缘的最大径向位移、应力和应变进行多元线性回归 .得到了橡胶轮缘的最大径向位移、应力和应变随 7个影响因素的拟合特性 .试验验证表明 。
Twenty four groups of different geometric parameters of road wheel's rubber flange of tracked vehicle were chosen by adopting uniform design method. A 3 D finite element analysis model of rubber flange was established, and the displacement, stress and strain distribution of rubber flange were calculated with ANSYS finite element analysis software. Finally the multivariate linear regression was performed on the maximum radial displacement, stress and strain of rubber flange. The fitting property of the maximum raidal displacement, stress and strain of rubber flange with seven influence factors was obtained. It was verified with test that the fitting formulas obtained are practically valuable.
