摘要
食品化学课程是食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全专业重要的专业基础课之一。为了提高教学质量,通过对食品化学课程教学的改革与探索,不仅提高了学生学习的主动性,也培养了学生的科学研究与创新能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food chemistry is the major basic course of profession of food science and engineering and food quality and safety To improve the teaching quality is an inevitable tendency. Teaching reform was explorated and practiced in this paper Student's active participation was enhanced and student innovation ability was fostered through the reform.
