摘要
以3个母本和5个父本玉米自交系形成的15个杂交组合种子为试验材料,研究了种子成熟度对杂交玉米幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:随着玉米种子成熟度的增加,8个幼苗性状呈现增加的趋势,表现为二次函数关系(y=ax2+bx+c),灌浆期在39~45d收获的种子,其幼苗可获得较好的综合性状;除地下鲜重的父本间、主根长度和地上干重的母本×父本互作方差不显著外,其余各方差均达到极显著水平。说明母本、父本及母父本交互对总根条数、幼苗高度、叶面积、地上鲜重和地下干重的效应均较明显,主根长度和地上干重的效应母本和父本比母父本交互更明显,地下鲜重只与母本效应及母父本交互效应显著相关。
Using the 15 maize hybrids crossing from 3 females with 5 males as materials,the seedling characters of maize in different degree of maturity were studied by potting test. The results showed that the 8 seedling traits were better along with the increment of seed maturity degree, which was in accordance with the rule of quadratic function (y = ax2 + bx + c). The seeds collected 39 -45d after pustulation period had relatively better seedling traits. All the seedling traits had highly significant deviation, except for the underground fresh weight between male as well as the main root length and dry weight of the interactions between parents. It implied that both parents and the interactions between them influenced the total root number, seedling height,leaf area, overground fresh weight, underground dry weight. For the main root length and the dry weight, The effects of parents to the hybrids were maybe more remarka- ble than the interactions between them. The underground fresh weight had only significant relation with female effect and the interactions of parents.
