不同桉树品系与桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害关系的研究 被引量:25

Study on the relationship between Eucalyptus clones and the damage degrees caused by Leptocybe invasa Fisher et La Salle

摘要 为了揭示桉树枝瘿姬小蜂与不同桉树品系受害后的应激反应,及与营养物质和次生代谢物质指标的关系,以期提出有效防治技术措施。2011年5月,在福建省漳州市,对5块样地内5个不同桉树品系桉树枝瘿姬小蜂发生危害情况进行调查,测定了不同品系叶柄营养物质和次生代谢物质含量,并进行灰色关联分析。结果表明,尾巨桉DH32-29和巨桉QG5为抗虫品系;巨桉QG8、巨桉QG3和巨圆桉DH201-2为高感品系;抗虫品系与高感品系相比,抗虫品系叶柄的营养物质中,可溶性糖含量和蛋白质含量明显高于高感品系,多糖含量明显低于高感品系,黄酮、单宁、总酚等次生代谢物质含量明显高于高感品系。灰色关联分析表明,叶柄中多糖含量对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂生长发育影响较大,单宁含量对桉树抗虫性影响较大。 In order to find the relationship between Legtocybe invasa Fisher et La Salle and different Eucalyptus clones, to learn the change process of the host stress response after being damaged, and investigate the nutrients and secondary metabolites that related to its resistance towards the damage by the gall wasp, and obtain effective measures for prevention and pest-contrel technology, 5 plots had been set up in Zhangzhou, Fujian respectively in May 2011. Damaged degrees of different clones by the gall wasp were investigated, the contents of the nutrients and secondary metabelites were measured, and the relationships were analyzed by the grey correlation analysis. The results showed that E. urophylla x E. grand/* DI-I32-29 and E. grand/* QG5 were resistant clones, while E. grand/, QG3, E. grand/* QG5 and E. urophylla x E. teredcornis DH201-2 were high-susceptible clones. Compared with high- susceptible clones, the contents of soluble sugars and protein of petioles in the resistant clones were significantly higher than those of high-susceptible clones, but polysaccharide was significantly lower than that of high-susceptlble ones. And the contents of flavonoids, tannins and total phenols of petioles in the resistant clones were significantly higher than those of the high-susceptible ones. According to grey correlation analysis between contents of nutrients and secondary metabo]ites of petioles in different clones and damage degrees by the gall wasp, the content of polysaecharide had greater impact on growth and development of the wasp than other nutrition, and the content of tannin had greater impact on the insect-resistance than secondary metabolites.
