摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对燃气管道钢质弯头在内压作用下状态进行有限元分析,得到弯头不同内压下的应力分布。根据模型施加的内压和最大等效塑性应变关系,得出了弯头的塑性极限荷载。
The state of steel elbows in gas pipeline under internal pressure is analyzed with finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the stress distribution of elbows under different internal pressures is obtained. The plastic limit load of elbows is achieved according to the internal pressure applied to the model and the maximum equivalent plastic strain.
