摘要
实践教学是应用型人才培养的关键。实训中心是学校的实践教学基地,是教学改革和校企合作的试验田,同时又是学生课外科技活动的支撑平台。结合本校实训中心建设的实践,提出了建设四个基地的功能定位,注重加强实训环境建设,优化教师结构,稳定教师队伍,创新管理体制。在实践中取得了较好的效果,对应用型本科院校实训中心建设具有一定的借鉴作用。
Practice teaching is the key to training application - oriented talents. The experiment and training center is the base for practical teaching, the ＂experimental field＂ for teaching reform and university-enterprise cooperation, and the supporting platform for students＂ extracurricular scientific activities. In view of the practice in the Experiment and Training Center in Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, this paper elaborated on the functions of the experiment and training center, which are the strengthening of the construction of the training environment, the optimization and stabilization of the teacher team, and the innovation in the management system. These methods proved to be effective in practice, providing reference for the construction of experiment and training centers in application-oriented colleges.
