摘要
职业生涯管理是人力资源管理的一项重要课题。做好科技人才职业生涯管理对于个人、企业乃至国家都具有现实的意义。对山西省企业科技人才职业生涯管理调查的数据表明,我国企业科技人才职业生涯管理存在诸多问题,在此基础之上,从基础工作不到位、信息披露不透明、职业通道狭窄、培训质量不高、管理系统薄弱五个环节入手,探究了科技人才职业生涯管理的路径。
The career management is one of the important topics in human resource management. The career management of scitech talents has the significance to individuals, enterprises and even the nation. Survey data from Shanxi show that there are several problems in the sci--tech talents" career management. This paper will focus on the change of current situation such as inadequacy of fundamental work, concealment of occupation information, scarcity of broad design for career passage, shortage for systemic and effective system for employee training, lack of systematic career management.
