摘要
采用电化学动电位再活化法(EPR)研究了不同固溶处理和敏化处理状态的304L不锈钢晶间腐蚀行为。结果表明,EPR法可灵敏并定量评价304L不锈钢的晶间腐蚀敏感性;测量时,推荐采用1.0 mol/L H2SO4+0.1mol/L KSCN混合溶液;304L晶间腐蚀敏化度随固溶处理时间的延长而减小,随敏化处理时间的延长而增大。
The degree of sensitization(DOS) in 304L stainless steel was studied by electrochemical potentio-kinetic reactivation(EPR) test. DOS of specimens reduced as the time of solution treatment increased and increased with the time of the sensitizing treatment. Mixed solution of 1.0 mol/L H2SO4 and 0. 01 mol/L KSCN is recommended as the testing solution 304L. EPR technique provides a sensitive, quantitative and nondestructive method for detecting the degrees of sensitization.
