The Analysis of National Found for Distinguished Yong Scholars of the General Characteristics and Early Growth Factors

摘要 科技创新型人才的培养不仅是我国人才和教育战略的要求,也是国家经济与社会发展的重要动力所在。本研究通过对2003年至2011年的1589位"国家杰出青年科学基金"的获奖者的基本情况、成长历程及早期成长环境的分析,探讨了青年科技创新型人才在成长过程中体现出的一般特征及影响人才成长的早期因素,旨在为科技创新型人才的早期培养和科技人才的自身成长提供启示和参考。 Cultivation of science and technology innovative talents is not only the demand of personnel and educational strategy of our country, but also the significant driving force of the national economic and social development. This study analyzed the basic characteristics and the early growth experience of 1,589 winners of the National Found for Distinguished Yong Scholars and described the general characteristics showed in the growth experience of those young science and technology innovative talents. By systematic analysis of their growth factors, we aimed at providing some inspiration and reference for the early cultivation of the science and technology innovative talents and their own growth.
