摘要
建立了负重轮橡胶轮缘温度场有限元模型 ,给出了模型的节点生热率和表面传热系数的计算方法 .用 ANSYS有限元分析软件计算了某型负重轮橡胶轮缘的温度场 ,定量分析了 5个参数对轮缘最高温度的影响 .分析结果表明 ,所建立的有限元模型在实心轮胎温度场分析中切实可行 ,减小轮缘橡胶的损耗因子、提高橡胶的热导率以及减小负重轮的挂胶厚度 ,有利于减小负重轮的发热 .
A finite element model of temperature field of road wheel's rubber flange was established. The method of calculating heat generation ratio of the model's node and heat transfer coefficient of surface was put forward. The temperature field of a kind of road wheel's rubber flange was calculated with finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the effect of five parameters on the highest temperature of wheel flange was analyzed. Through analysis of the calculated results, it was shown that the model established is feasible in analyzing the temperature field of solid tire. Reducing the loss factor of wheel flange's rubber, increasing the heat transfer coefficient of rubber and reducing the thickness of rubber flange would benefit reducing the heat generation of road wheel.
