摘要
目的:用TRIZ理论比较两种腋臭手术治疗方案,找出最佳个体化方案。方法:将门诊患者随机分为双切口腋窝皮下汗腺去除术组和吸刮法组,观察疗效。结果:108例患者中,治愈103例,有效5例,无效0例。双切口腋窝皮下汗腺去除术组的治愈率(95.56%)高于吸刮术组(87.88%),但经χ2检验,两组间差异无显著性(χ2=12.68,P>0.05)。结论:两种腋臭手术方案各有优缺点,根据TRIZ理论,可找到最佳个体化方案。
Objective：TRIZ theory to compare the surgical treatment of underarm odor optimum individualized program. Outpatients were randomly divided into the two-incision axillary subcutaneous sweat gland removal surgery group and the suction scraping method group effects were observed. Methods. Outpatients were randomly divided into two incisions axillary subcutaneous sweat gland ablation group and suction scraping method group effects were observed. Results： 108 patients, 103 cases of cure （94. 3%）, effective in 5 eases （5.7%）, and 0 cases. The dual incision axillary subcutaneous sweat gland removal technique, the cure rates （95.56%） higher than the suction curettage group （87. 88%）, but the X2 test, no significant difference between the two groups （X2 =12. 68, P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Two underarm odor surgical options have their advantages and disadvantages, according to the TRIZ theory, to find the best individual program.
