骨折合并糖尿病患者的围手术期血糖控制 被引量：5

摘要 随着糖尿病发病率的逐年增高，因骨折接受手术治疗的糖尿病患者也逐年增多。一方面，机体对创伤、手术和麻醉的应激反应加重血糖代谢紊乱；另一方面，糖尿病及其各种并发症使骨折患者术后并发症增多，从而导致住院时间长、医疗费用高、死亡率高^[1]。如何使糖尿病患者平稳渡过围手术期，缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用，是骨科医生面临的一个挑战。现就糖尿病患者围手术期机体代谢的改变、糖尿病对骨与软组织修复及术后功能康复的影响及围手术期血糖监控方法等作一综述。
