摘要
食品安全亟待伦理的关照。安全是食品的首要价值,责任是食品安全的保证,健康是食品安全的目的。安全、责任和健康是食品安全伦理必须具备的基本价值诉求,它们为维护食品安全提供了基本的价值支撑和价值导向。
It is necessary to pay close attention to food safety from ethics.Safety is the primary value of food.It is the responsibility that can ensure food safety.Health is the end of food safety and health and responsibility are the fundamental value claim that ethics of food safety must have,which provide the basic value support and value orientation for protection of food safety.
