摘要
研究CO_2膨胀梗丝的工艺路径、工艺参数及其品质特征,通过对其外观特性、物理特性、化学特性和感官特性等工艺和化学指标进行深入研究,对比现有梗丝在中高档卷烟配方中应用的差异,并运用黄金分割法、正交试验法等手段对烟梗切梗宽度和CO_2膨胀工艺参数进行了优化设计。在不影响原产品风格特征情况下,拓宽了中高档卷烟的原料使用范畴,为卷烟降焦减害工作提供了又一新途径。
It has been studied of the seasoning method of tobacco stem expansion using dry ice as medium, and the paralleled parameters and characteristics. The seasoning and the related chemical indexes are deeply studied in the appearance specialties, physical aspects and the sense evaluations of the products of the new pathway, with the comparison-study of the existed tobacco stems applied in cigarette formulas of both top grade and medium grade. The stem-cutting width and the seasoning indexes of the above pathway are also optimized by means of the golden sectioning, orthogonal tests. Without influencing the characteristics of the cigarette style, the categories of the available tobacco material are widely opened in the varied formulas, which is also a new pathway for cigarette tar and hardous reducing.
