摘要
将化学沉淀法回收电镀Ni废液得到的Ni(OH)2作为镍氢电池的正极材料,研究电极各组分对电池充放电性能的影响,并将回收的Ni(OH)2与购买的Ni(OH)2进行对比。实验结果表明:较优的Ni电极组分配比为m(Ni(OH)2)∶m(Ni粉)∶m(乙炔黑)∶m(60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液)=80∶12∶7∶1,电解液浓度为5 mol/L的KOH溶液。所制备电极中回收Ni(OH)2的放电比容量为185.04 mA.h/g,高于购买的Ni(OH)2的放电比容量,且在0.1C倍率下循环性能稳定。
Nickel hydroxide recovered from nickel plating wastewater by chemical precipitation process was used as the electrode material of nickel-hydroxide battery.The factors affecting the battery performance were investigated.The performances of recovered and bought nickel hydroxide were compared.Results showed that the optimum process conditions for nickel electrode preparation were as follows:nickel hydroxide powder of 80%,nickel powder of 12%,acetylene black of 7%,PTFE solution of 1% in cathode material,and aqueous KOH solution of 5 mol/L.The battery discharge capacity was 185.04 mA·h/g with recovered nickel hydroxide,it was higher than that with the bought one,and the cycle performance was stable at 0.1C rate.
