摘要
针对国内护士高离职现象,就护士离职意愿的相关因素进行综述,旨在为护理管理者有针对性地进行人力资源管理,为护士创造良好的工作环境,保持护理行业健康、可持续发展提供依据。
Aiming at high turnover level of nurses in China,it reviewed the related factors of nurses' intension of turnover,so as to provide evidences for nursing managers carrying out targeted human resources management,creating a good working environment for nurses and keeping the nursing industry healthy and sustainable development.
