磁敏感加权成像的临床应用及研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 磁敏感加权成像(SWI)利用局部组织间磁敏感差异和血氧水平依赖(BOLD)效应形成影像。起初主要应用于亚毫米水平上显示脑静脉血管,随着对SWI研究的不断深入,发现其对显示组织内血红蛋白代谢物(如含铁血黄素、铁蛋白)、铁沉积、钙化等成分也十分敏感。如今SWI已广泛应用于各种脑血管病变、脑外伤、脑肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、脊髓病变及体部疾病的诊断。就SWI原理及目前在临床疾病的应用进展进行综述。
