摘要
目的:评价泌尿外科医师腹腔镜模拟培训效果。方法:2011年3月~2012年3月314名26~53岁泌尿外科医师参加腹腔镜模拟培训,在腹腔镜模拟机和训练箱进行腹腔镜手术基本技能培训前后进行问卷调查,并比较培训前后模拟机客观评分和综合评估量表(GRS)评分结果。结果:其中86名泌尿外科医师经3天腹腔镜模拟培训后,电钩练习时间、剪切时间、缝合打结(方结)时间较培训前明显缩短(P<0.01),电凝效率、GRS明显提高(P<0.01)。反馈调查结果显示279名(97.6%)受训者认为模拟培训对提高腹腔镜操作能力帮助明显或非常有帮助。结论:腹腔镜模拟培训可帮助泌尿外科医师提高腹腔镜基本操作技能。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic visual reality training of urology doctors. Method: Three hundred and fourteen urology doctors aged 26--53 years old all over the country were enrolled for laparoscopic visual reality training from March 2011 to March 2012. Participants filled out questionnaires regarding their previous experineces,opinions of the usefulness of laparoscopic visual reality training before and after the training combinating laparoscopic virtual reality training simulator and box training. The scores before and after the training were recorded and analyzed. Result: Eighty-six urology doctors showed improvement in the time consumption and GRS scores of electrocautery, cutting and knot (square knot) tying after 3 day training ( P〈 0.01 ). At the end of training, 279 (97.6 % ) of the participants rated laparoscopic visual reality training as "obviously helpful" or "very helpful". Conclusion: Laparoscopic visual reality training may help urology doctors to improve the laparoscopic basic skills.
