摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对外科患者心理不适的改善效果。方法采用对照研究的方法,将60例外科患者按抛硬币分组法分为研究组和对照组,各30例,两组均按常规药物治疗,对照组实施病房普通护理,研究组实施舒适护理,观察时间为2周。干预前后,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)评价两组心理舒适情况。结果干预前,两组SAS、SDS、CPSS量表评分无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。干预后,研究组SAS、SDS、CPSS量表评分都要比对照组明显,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理能够改善外科患者焦虑抑郁情绪,缓解心理压力,对患者的治疗和康复具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the bettering effect of comfortable nursing improved psychological discomfort of surgical patient.Methods Using the method of control study,60 surgical patients were divided into study group（30 patients） and control group by coin dividing group method,two groups were given conventional medical treatment,the control group was given general nursing,on that basis,and the study group was given to comfortable nursing,the intervention time last 2 weeks.Before and after intervention,the psychological comfortable situation in two groups was evaluated by SDS,SAS and CPSS.Results Before intervention,the score of SDS,SAS and CPSS in two groups was not different（P0.05）,after intervention,the score of SDS,SAS and CPSS in study group was better than that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing could improved anxiety depression of surgical patients,and alleviate their psychological pressure,it had active effect for the therapy and rehabilitation of the patients.
