摘要
从单元机组控制系统设计的基本方法和思路出发,介绍DEB协调控制系统的结构、基础概念和主要特性,通过系统的动态行为分析,阐述单向解耦、主蒸汽压力稳定性和负荷适应性的机理,认为DEB这一控制策略是火电厂自动化的基础,对于保证机组稳定、可靠、安全经济运行,提高利用率和延长寿命都有重要意义,经济效益明显。
Based on the basic design approach and thinking of the coordinated control system design for boiler-turbine unit, the DEB system with its hasic concepts and main features is introduced in the paper. The advantages in single-side decoupling, the main steam pressure control stability and the load maneuverability are clarified through its dynandc behaviour analysis. rFhe paper then comes to a conclusion that the DEB approach lays a sound foundation for power plant automation and will play an important role for units stable and reliable operation with an improvement of its sarety and economy, with an increasing of its availahility and lifetime.
