摘要
目的探析颅脑损伤性癫痫的早期发现和护理方法。方法回顾2009年1月～2011年1月于笔者所在医院诊治颅脑损伤性癫痫的患者48例,密切观察患者的病情变化,争取早期发现,迅速处理异常情况,结合一定的药物治疗并进行精心的临床护理,预防控制癫痫发作。结果 48例患者均无生命危险出现,通过调查两组患者出院后1年,定期进行检查、遵医嘱服药、心理状态良好、积极参加社交活动、出现癫痫复发少等方面的护理质量,研究组各方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床观察颅脑损伤性癫痫患者的表现应仔细合理,争取早期发现并迅速进行治疗。在常规的护理基础上,应用家属参与的整体护理模式,有助于进一步控制患者的癫痫发作。
Objective To analyze the early detection and clinical care of post cerebral traumatic epilepsy.Methods To review the 48 patients who diagnosis and treatment with post cerebral traumatic epilepsy in the writer＇s hospital from January 2009 to January 2011,closely monitor the patient change state of an illness,strive for the early detection,dispatch abnormal condition,treat with a certain drug and careful clinical nursing,prevention and control epileptic seizure.Results 48 patients,none of which were life threatening,one year after hospital discharge survey the nursing quality of patients,whether check regularly,prescribed medication,psychological wellbeing,take an active part in social activities,less recurrence have seizures,all respects of the research team are superior to the control group,the difference is relatively significant（P 0.05）,and showed statistical significance.Conclusion In clinical to observation the patients post cerebral traumatic epilepsy should be carefully and reasonable,strive for the early detection and dispatch treatment,in the conventional nursing foundation using the holistic nursing model with family＇s participation,will be helpful in controlling the patients with seizures.
