摘要
高职院校传统的电类专业设置与相应的课程体系,相对于当前快速发展的新产业、新技术、新岗位的人才需求显得严重滞后。文章以产业发展为背景,以培养掌握新技术、具有新技能的应用型人才为目标,对设置电类新专业、新方向以及构建与之相适应的课程体系进行了探讨,提出了专业调整、课程优化的基本原则、思路和框架,旨在探索高职高专电类专业人才培养创新模式。
The electricity-related major and relevant curriculum system cannot keep paces with the rapid development of new industry and new technology and the demand for talents. This paper researches on the goal of cultivating new talents with new technology and skills and also the setting of new electricity-related major as well as corresponding new curriculums with the background of the development of the industry; then it proposes basic thoughts, frames and rules for optimizing curriculums in order to explore an innovative talent cultivation model in vocational colleges.
