红麻主要产量性状的相关性和主成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 以20个杂交红麻新品种为研究对象,以茎粗、皮厚、单株去叶鲜茎重、单株纤维产量等9个产量性状为研究指标,利用相关性分析和主成分分析对红麻各产量性状进行了研究。相关性分析表明,茎粗、皮厚、单株去叶鲜茎重、单株鲜皮重和单株干皮重对单株纤维产量有重要影响。主成分分析表明:前4个主成分累计贡献率占95.76%,分别为纤维产量构成因子(60.71%)、晒干率和出麻率(18.51%)、第3和第4主成分可归到第1因子和第2因子。在品种选育时,应注意选择植株较高、中等茎粗、韧皮较厚、晒干率较高的材料,以确保红麻高产。 In this paper, 20 of hybrid new kenaf varieties were taken as the research object, and 9 yield characters which included stem diameter, thickness, fresh stem weight, fibre yield per plant and so on were taken as the indexes, the yield characters of kenaf were studied by making use of correlation analysis and principal component analysis. Correlation analysis indicated that stem diameter, thickness, fresh stem weight, fresh and dry tare weight per plant had important influence on fiber yield. Principal component analysis showed that the first 4 main components accounted for 95.76% of the cumulative contribution rate, which were fibre yield factor (60.71%), dried rate and hemp rate (18.51%), the third and fourth principal components could be classified into the first factor and second factor. To ensure the high yield, the varieties of kenaf should be chosen which were more in plant height, bast thickness, dried rate and midding stem diameter.
