摘要 采用超声波-微波协同萃取法,研究葎草总黄酮的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,选定溶剂浓度、液料比和提取时间3个因素的3个水平进行中心组合试验,建立总黄酮提取率的二次回归方程,通过响应面分析得到优化组合条件。结果表明,葎草总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度42%、液料比40∶1、提取时间22 min,该条件下总黄酮提取率预测值为3.537%,验证值为3.472%。 The ultrasonic-microwave synergy extraction process of total flavonoids from Humulus scandens was optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). According to slngle-factor experiments, three levels of the factors including solvent concentration, liquid/solid ratio and extraction time were selected for the central composite design to establish a quadric regression equation for predicting the yield of polysaccharides. By response surface analysis, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration of 42%, liquid/solid ratio 40:1 and extraction time 22 rain, which led to estimated and observed values of maximal yield of total flavonoids of 3.537% and 3.472%, respectively.
