摘要
结合长庆油田建设工程处连续三年在多体系运行环境下实施清单式管理的创新实践,从清单式管理的背景、思路、主要做法及基础管理工作取得的成果等方面进行了系统的总结,实践证明,这一管理方法科学、先进、有效,为施工企业如何在多体系运行环境下夯实基础工作提供了有益的借鉴。
This paper summarizes systematically the aspects of the checklist management such as its background,train of thought,main methods and achievements based on the innovative practice of the checklist management that the Construction Engineering Department of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company(PCOC) has implemented under the multi-management system operating environment for three consecutive years.Practice has proved that this management method is scientific,advanced and effective and provides the beneficial reference to construction enterprises with how to impel and enhance fundamental work of enterprise management under the multi-system operating environment.
