摘要
目的了解广西少数民族县动物伤人及受伤者狂犬疫苗接种情况,为今后该县狂犬病防治提供科学依据。方法收集该县2009～2011年狂犬病免疫门诊就诊受伤人群个案及资料,并进行统计分析处理。结果三年共处理受伤者23505人,人群年均受伤率为2065.27/10万,处理率为87.86%,狂犬疫苗接种率为54.62%,男女比为1.18∶1。三年狂犬病死亡共9例,均未进行疫苗接种。受伤人群农民占33.97%,学生占26.80%,5～9岁儿童占19.67%。全县13个乡镇均有受伤者,其中6个乡镇的受伤者接种率不足50%。该县全年均存在受伤者,以4～9月较多,发生率为57.38%。伤人动物包括狗、猫、鼠,分别占53.97%、35.72%和9.47%。受伤者24小时内接受疫苗接种者占41.32%。结论该县每年受各类动物伤害人群数量较多而狂犬疫苗接种率较低,其潜在危险较大,防治任务严峻。
Objective To understand the animal wounding and wounded in rabies vaccination clinic in Guangxi minority county,and to provide a scientific basis to the future county rabies control.Methods Data of cases injured by animal and treated by the rabies immunization outpatient of Luocheng from 2009to 2011were collected and given statistical analysis.Results 23505injured were treated within 3years and the population annual injury rate was 2065.27/100000.The treating rate was 87.86%,the rabies vaccination rate 54.62% with the ratio of male to female being 1.18∶1.During the 3years,9cases with rabies died without vaccination.Among the injured crowd,peasants accounted for 33.97%,students accounted for 26.80%,children aged from 5to 9accounted for 19.67%.13towns of this county got cases injured by animals and among them the inoculation rates of six towns were less than 50%.There were people injured by animals throughout the year in the county,especially more injured from April to September when the injuring rate was 57.38%.The animals hurting people included dogs,cats,rats,who accounted for 53.97%,35.72%and 9.47%,respectively.41.32% of the injured got vaccinated within 24hours.Conclusion A lot of people got injured by all kinds of animals in this county,but the rabies vaccination rate was low.So there was great potential danger and the prevention and control task was severe.
