电子阅览室作为公共图书馆的一个服务窗口,免费开放是其发展的必然趋势,是人民基本文化权利得以实现的具体体现。文章对电子阅览室在免费开放过程中会遇到的困难、解决方法,以及免费以后的电子阅览室的发展趋势等几个方面进行分析和阐述。
