摘要
针对航空发动机阵列群小孔薄板零件,提出了活动模板电解加工方法。介绍了活动模板电解加工的原理和工艺过程。研究了电解液类型、电解液压力、电压占空比等参数对群孔加工品质的影响,研究表明:采用10%w.t.NaNO3,10%w.t.NaCl混合溶液,低电压占空比,合适的电解液压力可以获得表面品质完好、尺寸精度高的阵列群小孔。
This paper proposes ECM ( electro chemical machining) with movable cathode mask which is used to machine a large number of micro holes in thin sheet parts on aircraft engine, introduces its principle and process and experimentally investigates the influence of the parameters of electrolyte concentrations, electrolyte pressure and voltage duty ratio on the machining accuracy. The results show that classical structures with a large number of micro arrayed holes could be obtained with small duty ratio in the electrolyte of 10% w.t. NaCI with 10% w.t. NaNO3 under appropriate electrolyte pressure.
