摘要 齿轮-连杆组合机构可以实现较复杂的变速运动,利用Pro/E软件对一种齿轮—连杆组合机构进行了三维动画模型设计并对机构中的滑块、连杆及输出齿轮5的运动特性进行了一个周期内的运动仿真。通过对机构的三维模型动画分析,可以很快地判定组合机构的运动是否干涉,各构件的尺寸是否合理。利用Pro/E软件的机构运动分析模块(Mechanism)对机构中的构件进行运动仿真,大大降低了设计、仿真的难度,提高了设计效率与准确性。 The gear rod combination mechanism may realize more complex variable speed movement.The three-dimensional animation model design and movement characteristics of a cycle movement simulation of the slider,connecting rod and output gear 5 of the mechanism based on Pro/E software to a gear rod combination mechanism are carried out.Through the animation analysis of three-dimensional model,whether the combination mechanism movement will interference and whether the size of the components is reasonable are quickly determined.By the mechanism motion analysis software module(mechanism) of Pro/E,the movement simulation of the links of mechanism is carried out,the difficulty of design and simulation is greatly reduced,and the design efficiency and accuracy is also improved.
