摘要
过程和产品质量保证(PPQA)是CMMI(CapabilityMaturityModel Integration)实施中较难得到贯彻的过程,结合目前许多单位软件开发普遍采用瀑布模型的现状,该文通过阐述PPQA的活动目标,分析和总结了PPQA的实施方法和成功关键,对企业实施过程的改进具有实际意义。
Process and Product Quality Assurance （PPQA） is difficult to implement during the implementa- tion of CMMI （Capability Maturity Model Integration） and there are most enterprises develops software based on waterfall model.The objectives of PPQA are discussed.The approach and key factors of suc-cessful implementation of PPQA are analyzed and summed up,which have a practical significance to the implementation of process improvement.
