摘要
采用5年生的礼品1号、礼品2号、中林1号、中林5号、辽核1号、辽核3号和晋龙1号7个山西主推核桃品种为试材,对其生育后期和休眠期枝条的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)等部分抗寒性生理生化指标的变化进行了分析测定和比较。结果表明,在整个越冬过程中,7个品种中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量及POD酶活性呈规律性变化。说明上述指标与供试核桃品种的抗寒性有一定的关系。综合比较供试品种的抗寒性生理生化指标可以得出,辽核3号、晋龙1号抗寒性较强,中林1号、礼品2号和礼品1号的抗寒性次之,而中林5号和辽核1号的抗寒性较差。
With the Gift 1,and Gift 2,Zhonglin 1,Zhonglin 5,Liaohe 1,Liaohe 3,and Jinlong 1 seven varieties as test materials,analysis and comparison of the changes of cold hardiness physiological and biochemical indexes,including soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD),in the later growth and dormant stages were conducted in the over-wintering index of these content of soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline,superoxide dismutase and peruxidase of these 7 walnuts change regularly.It suggests that there must be some relationships between the indexes and the cold hardiness.Comprehensive analysis of these cold hardiness physiological and biochemical indexes assumed that Liaohe 3 and Jinlong 1 had the highest cold hardiness,Zhonglin 1,Gift 2,Gift 1 posteriorly,Zhonglin 5 and Liaohe 1 was the worst.
