摘要
为了摸清沼液在设施番茄栽培中的应用效果,将沼气池直接建在大棚内,产完沼气后,将沼渣与沼液分离,沼渣作基肥与土壤改良剂,对沼液进行净化、喷施量及浓度、喷施间隔时间试验。结果表明,在设施番茄栽培中,土壤施用沼液肥,能提高土壤肥力、改善土壤结构、提高土壤保水保肥和通气能力;沼液用松籽壳过滤后以60%的浓度,每隔6 d叶面喷施一次即可起到防治病虫害的目的;在设施番茄栽培中施用沼液肥,产品符合无公害蔬菜标准,可增产22.5%,增收7.30万元/hm2。
To get application effect of biogas slurry in facility tomato cultivation,methane tank was directly built in greenhouse,and after the methane was produced,biogas residues and biogas slurry was separated,and biogas residues was made to be basic fertilizer and soil amendment,while to biogas slurry,the experiment of purification,spraying quantity,concentration,spraying interval time were carried out.The results showed that,application of biogas slurry manure in soil could improve soil fertility,soil structure,increase capacity of soil retain water and nutrients and aeration.After filtering with the pine nut shell,the biogas slurry concentration of 60%,every 6 day once leaf spraying could play a role to control plant diseases and insect pests.Application of biogas slurry manure in the facility tomato cultivation increased 22.5% of yield of per hm^2 and 73 000$per hm^2 income.The production of tomato comply with the standard of pollution-free vegetables.
