摘要
以60℃下烘干的柠檬皮渣为原料,通过响应曲面法设计微波提取柠檬皮渣总黄酮试验方案,考察了乙醇浓度、液料比和微波处理时间对提取率的影响,最终得出微波提取柠檬皮渣总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,即乙醇浓度为60%、液料比为30、微波处理时间为4min.在此条件下进行3次平行试验,结果表明柠檬皮渣总黄酮的提取率高,而且试验的重现性好,此时平均提取率为1.20%.
Lemon peel, which was dried at 60℃, was used as the raw materials in thisstudy. Experiments of extraction with microwave for total flavonoids of lemon peel were planned by response surface methodology. The effects of alcohol concentration, ratio of solution to solid and microwave processing time on the extraction rate were studied. The best conditions of extraction with microwave were obtained. When the ethanol concentration was 60%, the ratio of solution to solid was 30 and the extraction time was 4 min, the extraction rate reached the maximum. Under this condition, 3 paralleled experiments were carried out. The results showed that the extraction rates of total flavonoids of lemon peel were high and the experiments with good reprodueibility; the average extraction rate was 1.20%. This paper may have a certain reference value for the extraction of active ingredient of natural products.
