摘要
随着信息化技术对日常生活的渗透,信息交互类机电产品在大范围普及的同时,某些设计问题也逐渐暴露出来。从信息交互类机电产品人机界面设计在信息获取、人机交互和信息反馈三个阶段所存在的诸多问题进行分析,总结出相应的设计原则:从识别适用性、操作人机性和视觉美观性三方面进行阐述,同时提出设计原则在操作过程中的具体应用。最后以手机话费自动缴费机为例,分析用户识别认知缴费机和使用操作缴费机两个过程,具体说明以上设计原则的实践与应用,对信息交互类机电产品设计有所启发。
With the rapid development of science and technology,the information interaction class mechanical and electrical products are used widely.Nevertheless ,the design flaws of it hove been discovered gradually. The .flaws of three stages, i.e.getting information, human-comp uter interaction and information tick- ling, which are discovered during the human-computer interface design of the information interaction class mechanical and electrical products are introduced and analyzed.Thereby, the corresponding design principles are summed up ,then the adaptability of recognition,the human-computer interaction of operation, and the visual aesthetics ,and then the improved methods based on these principles are put forward. Finally,A uto- matic payment machine to phone bill is used as example to analyze the two processes for users to identify and use the operating payment machine ,and to illustrate the practice and application of the above designed principles ,inspiring the class of information exchange of mechanical and electrical products.
