摘要
根据圆锥齿轮的成型原理,以建立的数学模型为基础,实现了对直齿锥齿轮的参数化建模。利用柔度矩阵法,完成了对直齿锥齿轮沿接触线载荷分布情况的讨论分析,并以普通直齿锥齿轮与差速器齿轮进行了分别分析比较。利用有限元法得到的载荷分布结果,对两种锥齿轮进行实际加载分析,结果表明,通过对齿轮结构型式的改变,差速器齿轮沿接触线的载荷分布更趋于均匀,并且齿根应力得到了一定程度的改善,这为进一步通过改变差速器齿轮结构来提高齿轮强度提供了一定的参考。
According to the theory of forming principle of the bevel gear, the parametric modeling of spur bevel gear is realized based on the mathematical model.By using of the flexibility matrix method,the discussion and analysis of loads distribution along the contact line of the spur bevel gear is finished,and a comparative analysis of the tooth root stress between differential gear and ordinary bevel gear is made. Making use of the result which is got by FEA method,and loading force on the two kinds of gears ,the re- sults shows that the loads distribution of the differential gear is equally distributed along contact line by changing the structure ,and the tooth root stress is improved at certain degree, which supplies some refer- ence for improving the strength of gear by changing the structure.
